Bill Crawford
Bill is a Fellow of CPA Australia, a Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants, an Associate of the Financial Planning Institute and a Qualified Justice of the Peace. Bill joined the firm in 1967.
David Elliott
David has a Bachelor of Business, is Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants and CPA Australia, and is a Commissioner for Declarations. David joined the firm in 1977.
Russell Wyse
Russell has a Bachelor of Business, is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants and is a Commissioner for Declarations. Russell joined the firm in 1986.

On 28 February 2011 Sims Crawford Elliott & Co. Pty Ltd merged with Quill Group.As a combined team, greater efficiencies are now possible, expanding strategic and operational solutions for clients of both firms. Why did Sims Crawford Elliott merge?
Sims Crawford Elliott's longest serving partner Bill Crawford has decided it is time to slow down a little and transition into semi-retirement. However he will still be around and available for interviews. The decision to merge with Quill Group is in keeping with the firm's commitment to keep abreast of the times and to ensure clients continue to receive the most cutting edge financial advice and direction.What will change?
The current financial planning arm Premium Wealth Management will now fall under Quill Group's own licence and for legal reasons this has forced a rebrand to Quill Group Financial Planners immediately. George Nielsen who joined the firm in 1988 will continue to run this division and welcomes the assistance of Ian Kelly also a qualified financial planner since 2006. This area of the business will now be able to offer several new services that were previously outsourced. Over time, the website, marketing material and stationery will gradually change to incorporate the Quill Group logo and brand.
In addition, the Self Managed Super Fund (SMSF) clients will reap the benefits of SuperFund Partners, a specialist superannuation administrator staffed by industry professionals who are able to provide clients with strategic superannuation advice, daily administration and online access to super reporting.
